Bob’s Discount Furniture is looking for a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a dynamic showroom.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with opportunities for growth and uncapped earnings through a commission-based structure. The role supports flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to work in retail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move through showroom.
