Bob’s Discount Furniture is looking for a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers realize their home design goals with friendly, consultative service in a fast-paced showroom. The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and teamwork.

We offer an uncapped commission structure with an hourly base and the potential for strong first-year earnings, along with benefits like health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Competenze

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom; lift up to 50 lbs.
