Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience on the floor, delivering product education and coaching to the team. You will nurture client relationships daily and analyze reports to drive growth and actionable plans.

This full-time role requires 32–40 hours per week with open availability, including peak days and weekends, and participation during the blackout period around Thanksgiving through early January.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor with product education and coaching.
• Build ongoing client relationships with customers daily.
• Analyze reports to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans.
• Ensure sales floor coverage with effective staffing and selling initiatives.
• Partner with Operations, Visual Manager and store leadership to manage reporting, budgets, and facilities.
