Job summary

ALO in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experiences on the sales floor, drive engagement and guest education, and establish a service-led environment that differentiates our stores. The role oversees Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, with accountability for recruitment, coaching, and performance feedback.

The position is full-time, with 32–40 hours weekly and variable shifts including peak days and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
• High energy, upbeat, and able to inject both fun and work.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results as an individual and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
