Golf Ranch is hiring a Part-time Sales & Service Lead in Glendale, AZ. You’ll be on the floor, coaching teammates, handling elevated guest needs, and driving sales conversations with enthusiasm.

The role requires 1–3+ years in hospitality or retail, strong communication, POS/CRM experience, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll lead by example, set the standard for hospitality, and ensure smooth guest experiences during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in hospitality, guest services, retail, events, or similar
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
• Experience in point-of-sale, booking, or CRM software
• Comfort executing SOPs while multitasking and leading in a fast-paced setting
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Sales Leadership: set hospitality standards and guide guests through memberships and events
• Team Leadership & Training: onboarding and coaching of new staff, provide feedback
• Events & Experience Support: assist with leagues, group outings, and private events
• MOD Operations & Shift Execution: lead shifts, ensure standards, manage daily tasks and reporting
