Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of hospitality, guest services, retail, events, or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests.
• Experience in point-of-sale, booking, or CRM software.
• Comfort executing SOPs while multitasking and leading in a fast-paced setting.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Sales Leadership: Set the standard for hospitality, guide guests through memberships, events, and onsite offerings, handle high-touch guest situations, reinforce sales and service best practices.
