Golf Ranch is seeking a part-time Sales & Service Lead to supervise front-of-house operations, drive guest experiences, and lead a small team during busy shifts. You will coach teammates, manage high-touch guest situations, and guide sales conversations with passion for golf and hospitality.

The role emphasizes leadership, event support, and operational excellence on site in a fast-paced, fun environment where guests feel welcome and valued.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in hospitality or related fields.
• Strong communication and guest interaction.
• Experience with POS, booking, or CRM.
• Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced setting.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set hospitality standards and guide guest interactions.
• Lead onboarding and coaching of new Sales & Service Specialists.
• Support leagues, group outings, and private events from setup to wrap-up.
• Lead shift execution, communicate updates, and uphold brand standards.
