Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Crystal River, FL, is seeking Retail Team Members to deliver welcoming, friendly, and educational guest service while helping achieve store sales goals and keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized.

You will greet guests, operate the POS, verify legal age for alcohol, promote our wide selection, assist with merchandising and deliveries, and maintain a safe, inviting shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• No prior retail experience required; customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet each Guest upon entry and provide prompt, friendly, and engaging service throughout their visit.
• Operate POS system accurately, including processing transactions, applying discounts or promotions, verifying rewards accounts, and handling cash.
• Maintain Responsible Vendor status for alcohol & tobacco purchases by checking IDs for age verification.
• Learn and promote ABC’s wine, spirits, beer, and cigars, including Sourced & Certified products.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and visual presentation of products on shelves and in coolers.
