You will process returns and exchanges, sell hunting and fishing licenses, manage incentive and reward programs, stay knowledgeable about products, and promote CLUB Membership and other programs. The role requires standing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and teamwork to deliver a legendary customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.
