Job summary

Reid Group is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, and support sales and profitability during shifts. You’ll assist customers, prepare items, promote rewards, and keep shelves stocked and prices accurate.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and focused on exceeding customer expectations, with basic math skills for cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Previous experience, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
