Job summary

Reid Stores LLC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and welcoming. You will support sales goals and participate in daily operations on site.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions accurately, balancing the register, following safety procedures, maintaining shelves and displays, and helping prevent loss while upholding company values and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made‑to‑order items following company recipes and standards, when applicable.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
