Reid Group is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experience, support sales, and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You’ll help with food prep, promote rewards, and assist customers at checkout on every shift.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy with cash handling, and adherence to company standards while contributing to profitability and community engagement.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and balance reports.
• Proficient math skills for cash handling, shift reports, and vendor check-ins.
• Able to understand operating instructions for lottery and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service and sales support.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per recipes and standards.
• Promote rewards program and assist with enrollment and offers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper display of stocked items.
• Process transactions, handle refunds, and balance the register at shift end.
• Monitor store security and protect company assets.
