Job summary

JD Finish Line in the United States is seeking an Associate to assist with daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success through engagement, service, and collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings retail experience, a customer-centric mindset, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Customer-centric with outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
