Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our JD Finish Line stores. In this role you will help deliver outstanding customer experiences, support daily store operations, and contribute to sales growth across our vibrant retail environment.

You will work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting, providing excellent service, basic math and POS usage, and participating in merchandising and promotions. Weekend availability and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with sales targets preferred.
• Strong customer-service focus and ability to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Tech-savvy with basic math and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational goals, following policies and safety rules.
• Support additional duties and projects as required by the store leadership.
