Job summary

HHM Hotels in Big Sky, Montana seeks a Housekeeping Runner to fulfill and deliver guest requests with proper presentation, and support housekeeping by removing trash and soiled linen. You will report to the Housekeeping Office, assist with linen management, and ensure guest requests are completed promptly.

The role requires strong English communication and excellent organizational skills. You will lift up to 50 lbs, resupply supplies daily, and assist in emergencies while maintaining a positive

Responsibilities

• Report Housekeeping Office and PBX team at start of shift.
• Fulfill and deliver guest requests with the proper presentation.
• Inventory and maintain cleanliness of all linen closets and empty trash.
• Resupply guest room supplies in the linen closet daily.
• Offer assistance to guest when requested or needed.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.
• Employ proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Make sure all storage closets are clean and neat daily
• Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Pick up and deliver guest request items in a timely manner and calling them in as complete once they have been delivered.
• Report to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, and following company appearance standards.
• Collect trash from various areas throughout the property and take it to the designated area.
• Consistently maintain a positive, friendly, helpful attitude that ensures a positive guest experience.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
