Job summary

Residence Inn Big Sky/The Wilson Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Runner to support guest services by fulfilling requests and assisting housekeeping, ensuring timely delivery with proper presentation.

You will handle trash removal, linen management, and restocking supplies while maintaining cleanliness and a positive guest experience. English communication and strong organization are required.

Responsibilities

• Report Housekeeping Office and PBX team at start of shift.
• Fulfill and deliver guest requests with proper presentation.
• Inventory and maintain cleanliness of all linen closets and empty trash.
• Resupply guest room supplies in the linen closet daily.
• Offer assistance to guest when requested or needed.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.
• Employ proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Make sure all storage closets are clean and neat daily
• Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Pick up and deliver guest request items in a timely manner and mark complete once delivered.
• Report to work on schedule, in proper uniform, and following company appearance standards.
• Collect trash from various areas throughout the property and take it to the designated area.
• Consistently maintain a positive, friendly, helpful attitude that ensures a positive guest experience.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and EarthView program.

Essential Job Functions

• Report Housekeeping Office and PBX team at start of shift.

• Resupply guest room supplies in the linen closet daily.
• Offer assistance to guest when requested or needed.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.
• Employ proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Make sure all storage closets are clean and neat daily
• Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Pick up and deliver guest request items in a timely manner and calling them in as complete once they have been delivered.
• Report to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, and following company appearance standards.
• Collect trash from various areas throughout the property and take it to the designated area.
• Consistently maintain a positive, friendly, helpful attitude that ensures a positive guest experience.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Frequently standing up and moving around the resort for extended period of time during the shift
• Carrying or lifting 50lbs.
