RAM Hotels in Birmingham, AL is seeking a friendly Housekeeper/Room Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will clean and service guest rooms, replenish supplies, and maintain the property’s high standards with a positive, proactive attitude.

Ideal candidates have a High-school diploma or equivalent and at least six months in hospitality or janitorial work, plus strong customer service and the stamina to work a varied schedule. Prior brand training is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consistently clean and service guest rooms to standard, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms, replenish amenities, and reset rooms for new guests.
• Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and evacuation guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with housekeeping leadership as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor when assisting guests.
