Kona Brewing Co. Hawaii is hiring friendly team members for our retail shop and growler shack in Kailua. You will welcome guests, help them find gear, answer questions, and process purchases.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Help guests shop for merchandise, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Share information about beers, growler offerings, and merchandise.
• Fill growlers and handle beer-to-go orders per procedures and alcohol-service requirements.
• Process purchases accurately using the POS system, including cash and card transactions.
• Receive, organize, restock, and display merchandise.
• Keep the retail shop, growler shack, equipment, and storage areas clean and ready for service.
• Support inventory counts and communicate when products are running low.
• Work with teammates to keep service smooth during busy periods.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol sales policies.

We’re looking for friendly, dependable Retail & Growler Shack Team Members to welcome guests, help them find their next favorite piece of Kona gear, and make every visit to our retail shop and growler shack a memorable one. We are looking for both full and part-time positions.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Help guests shop for merchandise, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Share information about our beers, growler offerings, and merchandise.
• Fill growlers and handle beer-to-go orders in accordance with company procedures and applicable alcohol-service requirements.
• Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Receive, organize, restock, and display merchandise.
• Keep the retail shop, growler shack, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Support inventory counts and communicate when products or supplies are running low.
• Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
• Follow company policies and procedures for safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol sales.

Physical Requirements

This role involves standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching, and stocking merchandise; and lifting or moving items weighing up to 30-60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
