This role involves greeting, seating, reservations, phone orders, and supporting retail and takeout operations in a fast-paced craft brewery setting.

What you’ll do:

• Support retail sales (stocking shelves, running the register, and chatting with happy customers!)
• Jump in to help deliver food or bus tables when needed

• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Be a team player — we all succeed together!

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and love for great customer service
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Reliability and a sense of accountability
• Flexibility to adapt and jump in wherever needed
• Physical ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs
• POS experience is a plus!
