Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, assist with merchandise sets, and ensure inventory accuracy while following procedures and safety guidelines.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to drive performance, uphold store standards, and provide friendly service to guests across shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable development and drive sales performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold standards across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
