Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and follow procedures to meet performance and compliance standards.

You will partner with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to drive sales, apply brand standards, and ensure accurate inventory and displays. A reliable schedule including early mornings and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to enable professional development and drive sales.
