Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. The role focuses on keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks to drive store performance.

Responsibilities include following procedures, executing merchandise resets, and ensuring inventory accuracy, while maintaining attendance and compliance with policies. A flexible schedule with various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
