• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the sales floor and back areas.
• Assist Customers with merchandise and questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.
• Provide prompt and efficient responses to Customer service needs and escalate to Store Leadership when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Follow MOS policies and cash handling procedures.
