Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is hiring Disney Store Cast Members to provide magic to guests at our Destin, FL locations. You will greet guests, answer questions, assist with product finds, and process transactions with a smile.

Applicants should be 18+, able to lift up to 45 lbs, and be available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Disney Store Mission, “Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages”.
• Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and make suggestions.
• Performs cash wrap and POS duties efficiently while maintaining Guest Service quality.
• Maintains Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visuals and housekeeping.
• Assists guests with shipments and replenishment of the sales floor as needed.
• Promotes a safe working and shopping environment.
