Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
• Writes order on check or memorizes it.
• Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Observes diners to respond to any additional requests.
• Totals up bills and accepts payments.
• Brews coffee, preps and serves beverages.
• Clears and resets counters or tables.
• May assist others in basic food production.
• May break down and clean service lines and equipment.
