Qualifications

• At least six months of server experience in hospitality.
• TAP certification within 30 days of hire.
• Alaska Food Handlers Card or ServSafe certification within 30 days.
• Grooming, customer service and uniform/dress standards observed.
• English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders promptly.
• Present menu, answer questions and suggest items.
• Enter orders into the POS system.
• Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses.
• Serve drinks (wine, beer, cocktails) to guests.
• Total bills and process payments; refer to cashier as needed.
• Maintain stocked food stations and clean equipment.
