Job summary

Pinstripes Orlando is reopening under new ownership, building an energized team for an elevated dining and entertainment destination. As Operations Manager, you will protect culinary integrity, craft beverages and social gaming while driving guest experiences and staff excellence.

You’ll oversee brand standards, guide training, lead shifts, and maintain strong cross-department collaboration. Expect data-driven performance reporting and robust inventory/cash controls to support growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a schedule aligned with restaurant/bar volume.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with math aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proper execution of all brand standards.
• Train team members and support FOH/BOH management.
• Lead operations crew during scheduled shifts.
• Communicate professionally with all venue departments.
• Lead all FOH operations functions.
• Coordinate with BOH to ensure end-to-end guest experience.
• Utilize data/resources to report on store performance.
• Maintain cash handling and balance per corporate policy.
• Apply inventory and cost controls weekly.
