Job summary

Inglenook is seeking a Reservations and Concierge Associate to manage guest experiences, reservations, and special tours. You will support TR management, coordinate with multiple departments, and promote Inglenook experiences to drive guest visits and sales.

Strong hospitality background and high attention to detail are essential. You will greet guests, sell experiences, handle inquiries, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1–2 years administrative hospitality experience.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service with attention to detail.
• Ability to greet guests and sell experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage Reservations/Guest Experience bookings (calls, emails, and tours).
• Coordinate with departments to schedule available spaces for tastings or events.
• Enter reservation details and manage communications with guests and staff.
• Promote Inglenook experiences to drive sales and bookings.
• Support management in securing luxury brand business and VIP tours.
• Provide concierge and administrative support to TR management.
