Bocatti Experience is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Houston to be a primary contact for clients and guests, handling inquiries, reservations, and event-related questions. You will maintain a positive, professional experience and coordinate with event and service teams.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and availability to work evenings and weekends, with opportunities across dining experiences and events. This position can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities
