Job summary

Legends & ASM Global in Oklahoma City is seeking a Merchandise Associate to create a legendary game-day shopping experience for fans at our venues. You will help customers, stock shelves, and ensure a friendly, engaging store environment during events.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. Prior retail experience is preferred, and applicants should be available to work flexible event dates, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Retail / Customer Service experience is recommended with additional training provided prior to the start of the event.
• We are looking for applicants with great initiative and positive attitudes to assist us in delivering a world class customer experience to anyone visiting our retail spaces while at the event.
• Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule without any other commitments during the dates of the event.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun and professional environment for team members and fans
• Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the location
• Uphold Legends standards and policies
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures; welcome all available opportunities to increase individual and venue performance
• Assist as directed by your supervisor to ensure that your assigned location is neat, organized, clean and fully stocked for all events and set up
• Assist the Gift Shop set-up team with the merchandising of event gift shops including plan-o-grams, merchandise placement, inventory control, cleaning of shops & fixtures

Our retail employees are responsible for creating the ultimate game day experience for the fan. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a legendary experience each time they enter the store.
