Pyramid Global Hospitality is preparing the launch of Dellshire Resort, a distinctive pre‑build property in its portfolio. The role offers exposure to a unique, medieval‑inspired destination where technology meets timeless adventure.

Join a team focused on guest experiences, safety, and community in a dynamic, pre‑opening environment. The Recreation Attendant will help guests enjoy pool and recreation activities, manage equipment, and ensure a clean, welcoming area.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests, provide information on recreation programs, activities, and amenities.
• Assist guests with equipment, towels, and recreational supplies.
• Monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Set up and tear down activity areas, games, and events.
• Oversee use of recreation equipment; ensure cleanliness, functionality, and proper storage after use.
• Maintain inventory of recreation supplies and replenish as needed.
• Clean recreation facilities, remove trash and soiled linens, and follow safety protocols.
• Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation.
• Communicate guest concerns or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with concessions as needed.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
