Highgate Hotels is seeking a House Attendant for Hyatt House Las Colinas in Irving, TX. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness of guest areas and delivering items to guestrooms, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with all employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in the public areas and furniture as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
• Clean guestrooms as needed and assist in emergency procedures.
• Maintain, inspect, and store hotel equipment properly.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
