Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a hotel housekeeping associate to maintain cleanliness and presentation across guest areas. The role requires cleaning sinks, toilets, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, and public spaces, with attention to safety and efficiency.

You will dust, polish metal surfaces, and manage trash while adhering to attendance and team standards. Ideal candidates are English-speaking, self-motivated, and able to work cooperatively with colleagues, guests, and management.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Can communicate well with guests and be a team player.
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, and stand and walk public areas for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and floors with cleaning agents.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves; extend arms over head and bend as needed.
• Clean and polish metal surfaces with pressure in repeated motion.
• Clean ashtrays and empty trash.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
