Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Public Area Attendant to keep our lobby and public spaces spotless and welcoming. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure the property always makes a great first impression.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift 25–50 pounds, flexible hours including weekends, and reliable English communication to interact with guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel lobby/public area cleaning or equivalent (apartment/office cleaning)
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours
• Flexible availability for AM/PM shifts, holidays and weekends
• English language proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Clean lobby and public areas including windows and restrooms
• Clean and maintain pool area, change sheets on pool loungers, replenish towels and launder dirty towels
• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks
• Maintain cleanliness outside the hotel premises (front yard, entrance, trash in parking garage)
• Engage with guests and assist with guest requests
• Clean and maintain employee restrooms and back-of-house areas
