Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have good understanding of the English language.
• No prior experience required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated areas to hotel standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries about services and local attractions.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of work areas during shifts.
• Secure keys, radios and beepers as required.
• Update assignment sheets and complete tasks as directed by supervision.
• Collect and remove trash, debris and maintain cart stocks.
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, restock supplies in public spaces.
• Report damages or maintenance issues to your supervisor.
• Ensure all public areas are cleaned, including windows and fixtures.
