The Sanctuary Beach Resort, part of HHM Hotels, seeks to elevate the guest journey through robust in-house programming, events, and memorable guest experiences. The Guest Experience team collaborates across Sales, F&B, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Leadership to standardize processes and deliver brand-aligned experiences.

Mansioni

• Oversee design and sourcing of retail merchandise and collateral for guest programs
• Coordinate programming development, monthly schedules, and new class offerings
• Manage vendor relations, scheduling, and accounting for private bookings and experiences
• Lead guest-facing programming materials, flyers, and property-wide schedules
• Coordinate in-house events, holiday programming, pricing, approvals, and operations support
• Develop and vet group experiences aligned with Sanctuary brand and ensure pricing alignment
• Onboard vendors, transfer information to Sales, and document current offerings for client asks
• Create and maintain collateral templates and marketing materials with the HHM Design Team
• Drive brand stewardship with décor approvals, seasonal overlays, and guest experience standards
• Support property enhancements and décor coordination, check-in/out oversight, and cross-department communication
• Maintain work environment standards and ensure alignment with Sanctuary hospitality values
