Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Beach and Pool Supervisor to oversee the beach, pool, and health club areas, ensuring guest satisfaction and facility readiness. You will supervise staff, uphold safety standards, and enforce hotel policies while delivering exceptional service in a resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to standards.
• Ensure security of beach, pool and health club access and guest/property safety.
• Handle disciplinary issues and counsel associates per hotel standards.
• Monitor guests, especially children, and enforce policies for towels/chairs/umbrella use.
• Oversee setup of facilities and timely readiness for guest use.
• Assist in developing and monitoring beach, pool, and recreation programs.
