Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent at a Mesa property. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure a smooth, welcoming stay that reflects the brand. This role is pivotal to creating memorable first impressions and outstanding service.

Daily Pay is available after an initial waiting period, with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO and 401(k) benefits. Prior hospitality software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong guest service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and efficient check-ins/check-outs for guests.
• Handle reservations, guest requests and billing with accuracy.
• Coordinate with team to ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Maintain brand standards and promote a positive guest experience.
