Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage essential front desk duties. You will be the first contact for guests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay while handling check-in/out and related records.

We value a positive, team-oriented mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage emergencies with composure. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel preferred.
• One or more years in a similar position or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and attentive service to guests.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, and assist with luggage.
• Verify guest information and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest data.
• Follow hotel safety, security policies, and procedures.
• Operate office equipment and property management systems.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
