Job summary

Target in El Paso, TX is hiring a Guest Advocate to help customers with a warm, efficient shopping experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, assist with store services and promote Target’s loyalty programs, Drive Up, Order Pick Up and other offerings.

The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, strong communication, teamwork and a willingness to learn. Training is provided and you will contribute to a safe, clean store environment while delivering friendly service.
