Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to warmly welcome guests, answer questions, and help with purchases in a fast-paced store. You will promote the Target App, enroll guests in loyalty programs, and ensure a smooth checkout experience from greeting to goodbye.

Ideal candidates enjoy assisting others, stay flexible with scheduling including nights and weekends, and thrive in a team environment while upholding store standards and safety guidelines.

• Explain app features and loyalty programs to guests and assist with enrollment.
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely.
