The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and strong guest service skills. You will greet guests, resolve issues, assist with orders like Drive Up and Order Pick Up, and use handheld scanners and the Target App.

• Assist with enrollments in loyalty programs as needed
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
• Assist with Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and returns as required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
