Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide a positive first impression.
• Accurately take customer orders and process transactions using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments following company cash-handling procedures.
• Assemble and serve food and beverages according to brand standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness of front counter, cashier station, and surrounding areas.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions or concerns, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Restock service areas, condiments, and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
