Job summary

Focus Group Services LLC is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced, quick-service setting. You will help ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, and support overall restaurant operations while working with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include taking orders, processing payments, serving food and beverages, and upholding brand standards and safety guidelines. Training is provided to newcomers.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide a positive first impression.
• Accurately take customer orders and process transactions using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments following company procedures.
• Assemble and serve food and beverages according to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of front counter, cashier station, and surrounding areas.
• Respond promptly to guest questions or concerns and escalate when needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards at all times.
• Restock service areas and supplies as needed during the shift.
• Support kitchen and team members during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
