Focus Group Services LLC is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, assemble and serve food, and help maintain a clean, welcoming front of house.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong guest service. Training is provided, with flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays at military installations and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food service preferred but training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide a positive first impression.
• Accurately take customer orders and process transactions using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments following company procedures.
• Assemble and serve food and beverages according to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of front counter, cashier station, and surrounding areas.
• Assist during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
