Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador for Park Hyatt Beaver Creek in Colorado. This full-time winter seasonal position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences, anticipating needs, and delivering personalized service in a luxury resort setting.

The role reports to Front Office and involves collaboration with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and other departments to ensure seamless service and exceptional hospitality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Engage with guests throughout their stay to anticipate needs and enhance their experience.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
• Resolve guest issues with empathy, professionalism, and urgency, escalating as appropriate.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to surprise and delight guests through personalized service and recognition.
• Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and service recovery opportunities.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, special requests, celebrations, and amenity coordination.
• Promote resort amenities, dining outlets, activities, and local experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and follow-up actions.
• Support guest engagement initiatives and property events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
