Job summary

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to create memorable, personalized experiences for guests throughout their stay. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Engage with guests throughout their stay to anticipate needs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Resolve issues with empathy, professionalism and urgency, escalation when needed.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments for seamless service.
• Identify opportunities to surprise guests with personalized service.
• Monitor guest feedback and service recovery opportunities.
• Assist VIP arrivals, special requests and amenity coordination.
• Promote resort amenities, dining outlets, activities and local experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow-up actions.
• Support guest engagement initiatives and property events.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards and safety procedures.
