Job summary

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa is seeking a Front Office Host to be one of the first and last contacts for our guests, delivering personalized, thoughtful service in a luxury setting. You will welcome guests, assist with registration and departure, and promote hotel services to ensure a memorable stay.

Ideal candidates bring guest-facing hospitality experience or a drive to grow in hospitality, with strong communication skills and a passion for exceptional service.

You will welcome guests, assist with the registration and departure process, communicate hotel services and promotions, and help ensure each guest feels genuinely cared for throughout their stay.

This highly visible, guest-facing position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, anticipates guest needs, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment. Responsibilities also include processing forms of payment, responding to guest questions and requests, and partnering with colleagues across the hotel to create a seamless guest experience.

Compensation

The rate for this position is $23.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
