Job summary

Dash In is hiring a Guest Experience Team Member in Pasadena, MD, to deliver outstanding guest service in a 24/7 environment. You will help guests with smiles, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming. Flexibility for days, nights, overnights, and weekends is required.

Active work authorization in the U.S. and a GED or high school diploma are expected, with background and drug screening completed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail customer service experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+.
• Ability to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a smile and process transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and keep store clean and presentable.
• Support team with cashiering and porter tasks as needed.
• Follow cash handling policies and record transactions.
