Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member in Bowie, MD to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail setting. You will assist guests, stock shelves, clean the store, and support the team to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.

The position offers a pay rate of $15.50-$18.00 per hour with an additional $1/hr overnight shift bonus, and opportunities for growth within a community-focused brand known for recognition as a top workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete our GED program)
• 1 year of retail customer service experience (preferred)
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Background check and drug screening completed

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist guests with a smile, manage transactions accurately, and project a positive image of Dash In.
• Keep Things Stocked: Restock shelves and displays, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
• Maintain a Pristine Store: Sweep, mop, and clean interior and exterior areas, including restrooms, parking lots, and trash areas.
• Support the Team: Step in where needed, from cashiering to porter services, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle Cash with Care: Follow company policies for accurate cash handling and recording.
